Report

Employees can easily fill out report forms to report incidents, unsafe situations or other relevant events. It is also possible to make reports through integrations with other systems and from other sources. All reports are registered and analyzed directly in GoverMaxx. This enables fast and efficient handling.

Register

When an event or incident is reported, a ”report occurrence” is automatically created under the topic Register. From this notification, a choice can be made to make it an Occurrence. When an Occurrence is created, the incident is classified based on risk. GoverMaxx provides a structured approach, where all occurrences and reports are accurately documented and can be followed up. It helps improve safety and prevent future incidents.

Risk Assessment

To assess an occurrence, a risk assessment is performed. Using an integrated matrix within GoverMaxx, occurrences are classified according to severity and impact. This ensures clear identification of risks, effective control measures and has a preventive effect on possible future incidents.

Sanctioning

When reports result in a violation, a formal procedure is initiated. GoverMaxx automatically generates the necessary documentation and correspondence, including the letters to be sent to the parties involved. These correspondence/letters are automatically populated with the details of the violation from a standard template. This ensures transparent and efficient handling of violations and promotes safety compliance.
